Great location with protected ocean beach with floats. Marina with Eco boat tours at the campground. Nice store and an on-site so-so restaurant. Except for an up-scale restaurant (Mangrove Mama's) across US-1, not much else on this key. We were parked in a large gravel parking lot-like area, no trees here, although other sites with less services had some shade. We were put next to the Pub which had a loud (but very good) band playing until 11:00 on Friday night, quiet the other three nights. Good, fast WiFi connectivity at $3.40 per night. Very suprisingly, the KOA was only 20% occupied while other parks in the area were over 90%.

Ditto on most of the previous reviews, two things to be aware of: First, stop behind the first building to check in (no signs to do so, not a typical campground office look), I went to the guard building 100 feet further on and and it was too late to turn around with my toad. Guard wasn't helpful, just a "good luck" finding a place to turn around after you go through the gate. Second, even they have 22 wireless transmitters, there is so much RF noise, the WiFi was very marginal even with an excellent signal, even a call to the NomadISP confirmed the issue. Very fustrating and expensive, $8 per day, $14 per week for WiFi. Other than that, a nice place to set up, great restaurant across the road.

Very friendly park at the end of a long road. WiFi available and free cable. While we didn't fish, it was oriented to fishing. Big bass, saw pics of our neighbor with a 10 pounder.

Nice clean open campground, not busy in November when we visited. Pool and spa open 24/7. Friendly staff. Trash pickup at the site every morning. Waffle House, Wendy's and Applebee's within a hundred yards of the entrance. Sam's club across the street. Enter off Seven Dwarf's lane, what more can you ask? About 5 miles to Downtown Disney. Good WiFi, not free, decent cable.

Park is actually very close to Cortez, 2 miles to the great Anna Maria Island beaches, an easy bike. 55 plus community, nice clubhouse with pool tables and a library with Wi-Fi. Children allowed 2 weeks max. No pets. Wi-Fi not available at the RV site. Must make arrangements with Brighthouse to install cable, not good if you are staying only a week or less. A palm tree on each lot. Crushed stone pad with cement patio. Mostly snowbirds with trailers converted to permanent location with cement drives added, but clean and well kept. Looks like they are not allowing any more annual residents to free up space for more transient RV'er. Pool is located at adjacent, related development. Would not stay again, I need my Wi-Fi and cable!
